FCC air-ground wireless auction delayed again (Reuters)
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. for the third time delayed resuming on Monday itsauction of U.S. airwaves for Internet and other communicationsservices aboard commercial airliners, this time until Tuesday.

Units of Verizon Communications Inc. and JetBlue AirwaysCorp. were the best-known bidders in the sale, which lasted aday and a half before the agency halted it.
After eight rounds of bidding, Unison Spectrum LLC has thehighest offer of $4.5 million for a 3 megahertz license whileSpace Data Spectrum Holdings LLC has the top bid for the other1 megahertz license with an offer of $244,000.
The auction had started May 10 and went through midday onMay 11 before it was halted. It was to resume the next day butwas delayed until Monday.
The delay was to review how the auction was proceeding,said FCC spokeswoman Chelsea Fallon.
