I say "voyp"; does that make me a hillbilly?

According to TomKeating's blog, the ABC show Extreme Makeover Home Edition, which locates hard luck cases and then gives themcompletely reconstructed, often amazingly extravagant homes with practical features, designed a new fire station for atroop of firefighters whose firehouse had been wrecked by Hurricane Katrina. The show will air tomorrow, April 14.Check your listings for a local time. One cool thing they put into the new firehouse is a VoIP phone system by Nortel,complete with free consulting from AT&T. Cool stuff. Who says VoIP isn't reliable enough for emergency services?
One more thing. Tom chides those who refer to VoIP (v-o-i-p) as "voyp". I have to take exception. Irealize I'm in the minority here, but I like to say "voyp".  I also refer to fax over ip as"foyp", and video over IP as "vide-oyp".  Try it Tom, it's fun!
